About Resin + Ember
Resin + Ember is a Northern Rivers maker studio dedicated to crafting premium objects from the land itself. Everything we produce is sourced from forests, ridges and bushland in the Clarence and Northern Tablelands region — a landscape marked by heat, resin, wind and age.
We work exclusively with native materials gathered with care from private land: fallen timbers, naturally shed bark, reclaimed hardwoods and the distinct resin of Xanthorrhoea grass trees. Nothing is taken unless nature has already offered it.
Every piece is designed, shaped and finished by hand. We favour slow processes, traditional tools and minimal intervention so the character of the land remains visible in the final work. Sustainability is not a slogan here — it is the foundation of how we collect, select and craft.
Resin + Ember exists to capture a sense of place: the textures, scents and colours of the Northern Rivers bushland, distilled into functional, beautiful objects made with respect for the country they come from.

Every piece from Resin + Ember is crafted using native materials gathered responsibly from private bushland in the Northern Rivers region of NSW.
We work only with what the land offers — fallen timber, reclaimed hardwoods, naturally shed bark and hand-harvested Xanthorrhoea resin. No living trees are cut for our work.
All items are shaped, finished and packaged entirely by hand, using slow processes that honour the landscape they came from. Sustainability and respect for country sit at the centre of every decision we make.
